Completing an application usually takes about 15-20 minutes. If you need to stop at any time during the process you can return later and access your application using your email address and password specified below. Your selected apartment will not be reserved until the security deposit is paid in full. The security deposit is non-refundable once your reservation and payment has been completed.

All applicants will be required to meet the minimum following criteria:

1. Provide a government issued form of identification.

2. Satisfy an income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent for the unit (this is a combined income requirement for all applicants, not per person). If you're applying to a by-the-bed or roommate program, the individual income requirement is 2.5 times the individual monthly rate.
